Return & Refund Policy

We want you to feel good about your purchase from The Little Comfort Burrow. Because our shop includes handmade-to-order products, physical books, and digital items, return eligibility varies by product type.

Physical Books Shipped by The Little Comfort Burrow
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, uncolored, and returned in the condition in which they were received. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns. Please contact us before sending a return so we can provide return instructions.

Print-on-Demand Products
Many of our apparel, accessories, home goods, and gift items are made especially for you after your order is placed. Because these products are produced on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size or color selection, or other customer ordering errors.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order information and photos of the issue. We’ll work with our fulfillment partner to make it right.

Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products and instant-access downloads, digital purchases are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged. If you experience a problem accessing or using your files, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.

Order Cancellations
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order. We cannot guarantee cancellation once a physical order has entered production or fulfillment. Digital orders that have already been delivered or accessed cannot be canceled.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If something arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging when applicable so we can help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
