Processing Times
Processing times vary depending on the product.
Physical books and other in-stock items shipped directly by The Little Comfort Burrow are generally prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days.
Print-on-demand products are made especially for you after your order is placed. Production times vary by product and fulfillment provider. Estimated delivery information shown at checkout may include both production and shipping time.
Orders containing multiple products may arrive in separate packages if the items are fulfilled from different locations.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Available shipping methods, rates, and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout based on your order and delivery address.
Delivery estimates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery times.
Tracking
When tracking is available, tracking information will be provided after your order has shipped. Please allow time for the carrier to update tracking information after a shipping label is created.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your purchase. If you notice an error after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible.
We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered production or shipment. Customers may be responsible for additional shipping costs if an order must be resent because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided at checkout.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your tracking shows unusual delays, your package appears to be lost, or your order arrives damaged, please contact us so we can help determine the appropriate next steps.
For damaged items, please keep the item and its packaging and provide clear photos when requested.
Digital Products
Digital products do not require shipping. No physical item will be mailed for products identified as digital downloads. Access or download instructions will be provided electronically according to the product listing and checkout process.
International Shipping
Shipping availability varies by product and fulfillment provider. Available destinations and shipping options will be shown at checkout. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country or local authorities.
